
Sales Development Manager

This role involves managing a portfolio of corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Key responsibilities include proactively soliciting new business through direct sales efforts, networking, and sales calls.
- Sales Efforts: Develop strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities from corporate accounts.
- Client Management: Foster strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Presentation and Negotiation: Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and client entertainment as necessary to secure bookings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the revenue management team to ensure pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with market demand.
- Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans for key accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews regularly.
This position requires a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management, along with 2-4 years of relevant sales experience in hospitality or a related service industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as knowledge of hotel products, rates, and marketing programs.
