As part of our Enterprise team, we are looking for an Indirect Sales Manager. This role will require you to develop, manage, and grow relationships with channel partners to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Partner Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies with partners to increase Vodafone's market share.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
- Training & Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively sell Vodafone's products and services.
- Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities for partner collaboration to expand reach and penetration in key markets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer experience, to align channel strategies.
- Contract & Compliance Management: Ensure all partnerships align with company policies and compliance standards.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement partner sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with channel partners.
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in managing indirect sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to optimize partner performance.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong understanding of customer needs and how to position Vodafone's solutions effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Minimum of 3-5 years in channel sales or partner management, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sectors.
Key Job indicators:
- Sales Performance: Revenue achieved through partners vs. targets.
- Partner Engagement: Number of active channel partners and performance growth
- Market Expansion: Growth in new sales territories.
- Customer Satisfaction: Feedback scores and retention rates.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) tools and sales tracking systems is an advantage.
