  • Manage budgeting and financial planning for drilling activities, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate maintenance and planning for drilling equipment to ensure integrity and reliability.
  • Prepare tenders and contracts for drilling projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead client coordination efforts to maintain strong communication and resolve issues promptly.
  • Oversee team leadership and skill development initiatives to ensure high performance.
