Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Developer with in-depth expertise in MicroStrategy to join our team.

As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing business intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights across various domains.

The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration skills and work closely with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to transform complex data into intuitive visualizations, driving data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and schema objects.
  • Optimize performance of BI solutions for large-scale datasets.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and scalability in BI deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in BI development with a strong focus on MicroStrategy.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Telecom industry experience is preferred.
