Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Radisson Hotel Muscat Panorama and Levatio Suites Muscat, a member of Radisson Individuals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a results-driven mindset. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the food & beverage department, improving guest satisfaction and comfort, and supervising a team of hospitality professionals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of plans and objectives where food & beverage initiatives & hotel targets are achieved.
  • Supervise the food & beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery of departmental programmes that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the service team to maintain Radisson standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Manage inventory, requisitions, and ensure proper stock levels.
Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience in Arabic cuisine or themed restaurants is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Hands-on knowledge of POS and inventory systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in food & beverage service.
  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem-solving capabilities offering support where required.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.
  • Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
