Talent Development Lead

This role is responsible for leading the hotel's talent development function, ensuring that colleagues have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles. The Talent Development Lead will work closely with the Executive Committee, Department Heads, and other stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and create training plans to address them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the hotel's business goals.
  • Work with the Director of HR to manage the Performance Management process and cycle, and Succession Planning.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure that all learning and development programs meet quality standards.
  • Review Performance Reviews to identify learning and development needs and build these into training plans and Personal Development Plans.
  • Communicate and maintain the Learning and Development Standards across the hotel, working closely with the Executive Committee, Hotel Manager, and General Manager.
