We are seeking an exceptional leader to define and implement our comprehensive talent development program, driving strategic growth across the organization.

About the Role

This leadership position requires a future-focused individual who can design and deliver effective programs of management and leadership development within a remote organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, driving, and embedding management and leadership development programs
  • Designing and delivering core training programs, partnering with specialist vendors where appropriate
  • Creating and implementing leadership performance indicators and metrics
  • Owning our leadership skills matrix for performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, mentorship, virtual learning, and career development

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, possess insight and experience on what makes people successful in a globally remote tech company at the management level, and demonstrated experience with strong insight and perspective on key conditions and practices that create high-performing teams.
