Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Account Manager who is eager to engage with clients and contribute to the growth of our software solutions.

This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are social, friendly, and proactive in building relationships.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for introducing our software to potential users, maintaining strong client relationships, and improving overall user perception.

While no coding is required, you will gain valuable insights into software development processes, client requirements, and industry applications particularly within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and promote software adoption.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing users.
  • Learn to use and test the application, ensuring quality and user-friendly functionality.
  • Prepare and refine documentation to enhance customer understanding.
  • Gather feedback from users to help improve the software's effectiveness.
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry discussions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills confident, friendly, and comfortable with social interaction.
  • Basic understanding of oil and gas workflows is preferred.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn about software applications.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients.
