
Strategic Growth Manager

Our client seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead strategic growth initiatives, identify commercial opportunities, and strengthen partnerships across priority markets. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the organization's business expansion roadmap, requiring a strong mix of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth across target sectors and geographies.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels.
- Lead end-to-end deal execution: prospecting, pitch development, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- B build and sustain relationships with high-value clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, operations, legal, finance) to develop winning proposals and delivery models.
- Monitor and report on business development KPIs and pipeline progress to senior leadership.
- Represent the organization at key industry events, forums, and client engagements.
- Events coordination and VIP guest management.
- Client representation with sector regulators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–15 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership roles.
- Proven track record of securing and delivering high-value deals and partnerships.
- Strong commercial negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with high levels of ownership and discretion.
- Experience in energy, consulting, or relevant industries is preferred.
