We are seeking an exceptional recent graduate with a strong academic track record and passion for technology to join our in-house legal team as a Junior Legal Advisor or Junior Legal Counsel. The ideal candidate will be a rigorous and effective practitioner with the ability to work on a variety of transactional matters in the technology and enterprise software realm.

This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, working closely with our global general counsel and cross-functional teams to support company initiatives. You will have the chance to develop your skills in commercial contract management, provide legal support to internal clients, and interface with international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with customers and vendors worldwide;\
  • Provide legal support to various internal clients across the company, including sales teams;\
  • Work with local counsel to seek advice and implement solutions in multiple jurisdictions;\
  • Utilize our contract management system to ensure accurate data is maintained for signed contracts.\

  • An exceptional academic track record from high school and university;\
  • A degree in law, JD or equivalent, and active license to practice law;\
  • Drive and a track record of exceeding expectations;\
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment;\

  • A passion for technology evident through personal projects and initiatives;\
  • Excellent written and spoken English with drafting and presentation skills;\
