Senior Facilities Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Facilities Director to oversee all aspects of hard services, including building maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, at one of the largest Interiors & Contracting companies in the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to avoid downtime and ensure smooth operation of the facility's infrastructure.
- Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget and monitor expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Review contracts and procurement processes to achieve cost savings and lead, mentor, and develop the hard services maintenance team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing hard services.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, building automation, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
