Executive Director of Healthcare Solutions

At Zippy Talent Recruitment Agency, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Healthcare Solutions Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, and technical teams while driving new business development initiatives.
About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic leader with expertise in Medical Devices, Healthcare Technology, and Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing P&L, operations, sales, and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the financial performance of the division, identifying opportunities for growth and developing sales strategies to promote healthcare solutions and medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
- Buuild strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Healthcare Solutions Division, implementing operational KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet performance goals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of healthcare solutions, including software, IoT devices, and system integrations.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of healthcare projects, ensuring they meet quality and performance benchmarks.
- Contribute to the overall strategy and growth plan of our healthcare division.
- Analyze business performance data and market insights to inform long-term planning and resource allocation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Medical Informatics, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare solutions, IT services, or related sectors, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT solutions, hospital management systems, telemedicine, or similar technology.
- Demonstrated ability to win new clients and manage complex negotiations.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
