Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving performance and achieving strategic objectives. As the Production Performance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve top performance while maintaining HSE and Integrity as core values.
  • Establish and improve operational methods and digital tools to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as Technical Authority for Production Performance Initiatives, providing technical expertise and guidance.
  • Manage operations reporting and follow-up to ensure timely and accurate information.
  • Apply rigorous cost control processes to optimize resources and prepare annual budgets.
  • Contribute to achieving project milestones and maintain strict project cost control.
  • Manage the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) and support site activities to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Support campaign planning and follow-up, including requirements, budgeting, and scheduling to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure operational preparedness activities meet all requirements, are on schedule, within budget, and of high quality.
  • Recruit and assess competencies for the Production Performance team to ensure the right talent is in place.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in science or engineering.
  • Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Over 15 years of LNG operations experience with a deep understanding of production performance management.
