We are seeking an accomplished Senior Revenue Growth Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams, developing and executing comprehensive revenue growth strategies, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, and target-setting processes
- Create and maintain sales models and methodologies to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and economic factors to inform sales strategy
- Provide strategic sales guidance on major business decisions and market opportunities
Oversee all sales operations including pipeline management, sales process optimization, and performance tracking.
Implement and maintain robust sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems.
Manage sales forecasting, quota setting, and territory planning to maximize revenue potential.
Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting and analytics for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Team Leadership and Development:Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent with experience in technology and industrial sectors.
Establish clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development.
Client Relationship Management and Business Development:Build and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise clients and decision-makers.
Lead complex sales negotiations and close high-value deals with enterprise and government clients.
Develop and execute account management strategies for key clients to ensure retention and expansion.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and industry verticals.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Integration:Work closely with marketing teams to align sales and marketing strategies and optimize lead generation.
Collaborate with product development teams to provide market feedback and influence product roadmap.
Partner with customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
Coordinate with finance teams on pricing strategies, contract terms, and revenue recognition.
Requirements:Required Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 5 years in senior sales leadership roles.
Proven track record as Head of Sales, VP Sales, Sales Director, or similar executive sales positions.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
Experience managing sales teams across multiple markets.
Track record of scaling sales operations in growing organizations.
Technical engineering background preferred, particularly in fields relevant to oil & gas or technology sectors.
Substantial experience in oil and gas sector sales, business development, or client management.
Understanding of capital-intensive project sales cycles and complex stakeholder management.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety requirements, and procurement processes in energy sector.
