About the Job

We're on a mission to make global talent management seamless. Our Employer-of-Record (EOR) services provide the HR and compliance infrastructure companies need to expand internationally.

This position plays a vital role in our success by coordinating service or legal-related projects from initiation to completion.

  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely execution and effective collaboration with team members.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes to capture action items and drive progress.
  • Support project documentation, including plans, checklists, and reports that facilitate decision-making.
  • Follow up with team members to gather status updates and ensure deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SharePoint.
