We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to drive revenue expansion in the outsourcing sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of outsourcing services, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in building relationships and closing deals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities in the outsourcing domain.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitch decks to prospective clients.
  • Lead the sales cycle: from initial outreach and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company capabilities.
  • Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional connections.
  • Track business development metrics and prepare regular reports on performance and revenue forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales for SMEs, preferably in outsourcing, IT services, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing models and service delivery mechanisms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
