Oman Sales Representative for Digital Signage Solutions

Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in the signage or advertising industry, with a strong knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite?

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at ENG Worldwide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with proficiency in strategic thinking and leadership. They will also have experience in similar roles within the signage or advertising industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their advertising and branding requirements.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Business Development:
    • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sectors for growth.
    • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote ENG Worldwide's services.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to sales team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.
