We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at ENG Worldwide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the signage or advertising industry, with a strong knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in strategic thinking and leadership.

As a Sales Executive at ENG Worldwide, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and preparing and presenting detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their advertising and branding requirements.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Business Development:
    • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sectors for growth.
    • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote ENG Worldwide's services.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to sales team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.
