As a sales expert in the construction industry, you will play a vital role in driving growth and revenue for a leading manufacturer of manhole covers and engineering castings.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Identify and target new customers to expand market share in Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar, developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure industry, providing exceptional customer service and addressing client queries promptly
  • Product Awareness: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of manhole covers, engineering castings, and related products, staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
  • Sales Enablement: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and contract finalizations
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress, providing weekly/monthly reports to the Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of proven sales experience in the Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar, specifically within the manhole covers and engineering casting products industry, with a strong network and established relationships in the construction, infrastructure, and municipal sectors, and a valid UAE driving license.
