Food and Beverage Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Work closely with kitchen, stewarding, and restaurant staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions with the team on guest care, product knowledge, and grooming standards.
  • Maintenance and Equipment: Report equipment failures and maintenance issues to the relevant departments.
  • Professional Relationships: Build and maintain friendly relationships with patrons to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Guest Services: Welcome guests, manage seating, and handle guest complaints directly or escalate to the supervisor as needed.
  • Store Management: Prepare store requisitions, ensure accurate delivery of goods, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Attend departmental meetings, conduct briefings, and promote open communication within the team.
