Key Responsibilities

The Food and Beverage Assistant Manager supports the overall success of our F&B operations, working closely with the F&B Manager to oversee daily activities in restaurants, lounges, room service, and events.

This role plays a key part in ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, maintaining high service standards, managing team performance, and assisting guests effectively.

  • Supervise and support day-to-day operations across all food and beverage outlets
  • Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding service in line with brand standards
  • Communicate effectively with guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently maintained
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and development
  • Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth coordination
  • Monitor inventory, support cost control, and assist with stock ordering and management
  • Participate in the planning and execution of events, banquets, and promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
Requirements

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within F&B, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality operations
  • Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management is preferred
