Abroad Work is a leading provider of luxury hospitality services worldwide. Our mission is to deliver exceptional guest experiences through our people. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Job Description: As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging training sessions that meet the needs of all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Educating Method as well as Planning: Assist in recognizing the training requirements of the hotel.
  2. Coordinate and track all training being performed in the resort on an ongoing basis.
  3. Training Procedures: Promote hotel-wide trainings for all Group Members.
  4. Train and also support departmental instructors, and coordinate training supplied by division students.
  5. Lead the Positioning process for all brand-new Team Members.

Qualifications:

  1. Working towards a certification in Training or relevant area.
  2. Previous experience in a Training role.
  3. Solid commercial/business acumen.
  4. Passion for self-development.
