Project Executive

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple events simultaneously, ensuring each event is executed creatively, within budget, and on schedule.

  • Implement all projects according to a defined strategy and action plan.
  • Coordinate projects from inception to completion, including venue sourcing, proposal development, timeline management, and resource allocation.

The ideal candidate will have industry experience in MICE, group travel, or event operations, with a strong understanding of group logistics, event planning, costing, and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple events simultaneously
  • Ensure creative execution within budget and schedule
  • Manage project timelines and resources
  • Coordinate transportation, accommodation, activities, and excursions
  • Supervise logistical and operational aspects
  • Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
  • Collaborate with internal departments for seamless execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MICE, group travel, or event operations
  • Good knowledge of group logistics, event planning, costing, and supplier coordination
  • Demonstrates initiative in resolving client challenges under pressure
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable using reservation systems, Microsoft Office, and itinerary planning tools
