Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and supervise our housekeeping operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced housekeeper to take on a supervisory role and contribute to the success of our hotel.

  • You will be responsible for managing all aspects of housekeeping, including staff supervision, inventory management, and room preparation.
  • You will work closely with our front office team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality in all areas of the hotel.
  • Conduct regular room checks to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality cleaning equipment and materials.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or team leader.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
