Job Title: Senior Loyalty Strategy Manager

Description:
Innovate and execute a cutting-edge loyalty program strategy that drives customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role is for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of B2B and B2C loyalty ecosystems, who can lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement loyalty solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive loyalty strategies that align with business goals
  • Lead the design and implementation of reward structures, point systems, cashback models, and tiered loyalty frameworks
  • Collaborate with partner and merchant teams to ensure high-value rewards networks
  • Build strategic partnerships with banks, telcos, airlines, and other ecosystem players
  • Scale loyalty programs into B2C via consumer apps and launch card-linked loyalty models
  • Analyze KPIs such as engagement, redemption, ROI, retention, and revenue to optimize loyalty performance

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in loyalty program management, with at least 2+ years in a Loyalty Service Provider (LSP)
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record in building monetizable loyalty features
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with GCC markets and fintech or digital payment ecosystems is highly preferred

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
