**Loyalty and Retention Manager Role**

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute innovative customer loyalty strategies that drive engagement and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer data insights and the ability to create targeted incentives, rewards, and personalized experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive loyalty programs aligned with business goals

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance personalization and optimize customer engagement
  • Maintaining high levels of customer retention through continuous improvement of loyalty programs

**Requirements for Success**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing)
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Expertise in automation, database management, and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong leadership abilities, including conflict resolution, leading change, and inspiring teams
  • Achievement-driven, decisive, and customer-focused individual
