Job Title: Executive Chef Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the culinary vision and operations of our restaurants.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional dining experiences that showcase our commitment to sustainability, wellness, and quality ingredients.

You will work closely with our Head Chef to develop menus, manage inventory, and lead a team of cooks and assistants to ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative dishes, a strong understanding of farm-to-table concepts, and excellent leadership skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Proven track record of menu development, cost control, and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international cuisine, including sustainable food systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in high-end hotels and restaurants, knowledge of local suppliers, and certification in food safety and handling.
