Key Responsibilities

- Develop local trade activities to enhance business performance, working closely with Marketing to localize central activities with specific requirements for Oman.">
- Work with General & Modern Trade managers to enable channel-specific planning and trade spending with maximum ROI.">
- Analyze customer-specific sales data to gain insights into customer performance.">
- Design customer-specific plans based on customer insights, working closely with top customer sales teams & Modern Trade managers.">
- Release customer insight updates based on monthly AC Nielsen retail audit.">
- Plan and evaluate all trade marketing activities to deliver maximum ROI.">
- Allocate trade marketing budget to provide effective tactical support to sales teams throughout the year.">
- Keep abreast of latest customer and market trends.">
Requirements
">- ">
- University degree in Business administration or respective studies.">
- 3 to 5 years Trade Marketing experience in an FMCG MNC.">
- Track record in developing & executing category strategy.">
- Experience in Managing trade budgets.">
- Strong analytical thinking.">
- Team player & demonstrate leadership.">
- Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills.">
- Skilled in Word, Excel and Power Point.">
- Well-structured, focused & setting clear priorities.">
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.">
