Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our General Trade Sales Development strategy and development plans across Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies to drive sales growth in the impulse, wholesale, and new channels segments.
  • Owning the route-to-market plan for impulse, wholesale, and new channels, with potential extensions to sub-distributors.
  • Driving in-store plans to achieve dominance across stores and optimizing journey plans according to the route-to-market strategy.
  • Leading quarterly performance reviews to provide regional support and monitoring market conditions and competitive environment.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in General Trade sales, preferably in an FMCG multinational company.
  • Extensive experience working with key regional retailers.
  • Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
