Beach Resort Activity Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Beach Resort Activity Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through innovative and engaging activities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing daily entertainment programs that cater to guests of all ages. This will include organizing games, sports, fitness classes, pool activities, and evening shows that are safe, inclusive, and aligned with the resort's brand and guest profile.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Activity Planning & Delivery: Develop and implement daily entertainment programs that meet or exceed guest expectations. Ensure all activities are well-organized, safe, and inclusive for all participants.
  • Guest Engagement: Foster a welcoming atmosphere for solo travelers, families, and groups by interacting enthusiastically with guests and encouraging participation in activities. Maintain high energy levels and a positive attitude to motivate and entertain guests.
  • Children & Family Programs: Plan and supervise creative activities for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Communicate with parents/guardians about their child's experiences.
  • Performance & Shows: Participate in evening entertainment, rehearse regularly, and assist in preparing props and costumes as required.
  • Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of activities and provide feedback and reports as necessary.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.

You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with experience in activity coordination or a related field. A degree in hospitality, recreation, or a related field would be highly desirable.
