Training Officer

We are seeking an experienced Training Officer to work from our HR Shared Service Centre. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees.

Job Description:
  • Create and deliver high-quality training programs that engage and motivate our employees.
  • Develop and implement training strategies that improve employee performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content.
  • Evaluate and analyze training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in training and development.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations.
