  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workforce Coordinator to join our team. As a Workforce Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects by providing cost information, managing manpower deployment, and coordinating logistics.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide cost information to support project proposals and prepare project plans.">
  • Manage and coordinate all manpower deployment, certifications, and safety training.">
  • Maintain contracts with transporters and related logistic providers and suppliers.">
  • Oversee the actual transportation of equipment, tools, and crews to project sites and back.">
  • Coordinate documentation and transactions for import and export of equipment and materials.">
  • Supervise local purchases and negotiate rates with vendors.">
  • Maintain data and a database regarding employee project allocation, leave, and certifications.">
  • Ensure timesheets of drilling staff are received and recorded regularly.">

Qualifications and Skills:

  • ">
  • A high school or graduation degree in any subject is required. Preferably, certification in MS Office or 2 years of prior experience in using Excel and Word.">
  • At least 4-5 years of experience as an Assistant in technical departments, preferably in Operations or Engineering.">
  • Fluent in English.">
