Collection Specialist Job

MAJD Real Estate seeks an experienced Collection Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting clients to collect outstanding debts, maintaining accurate records of all communications, and negotiating payment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Reach out to clients to gather overdue payments
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with clients
  • Monitor accounts to identify potential cash flow issues
  • Resolve billing discrepancies
  • Meet or exceed cash collection targets
Requirements
  • Expertise in debt collection and cash management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in finance, particularly in account management and debt recovery
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
