Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Telecommunications Engineer Level II. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering deliverables including design basis, specifications, system block diagrams, and datasheets. You will also be involved in producing radio coverage calculations, Fresnel zone calculations, estimating antenna height, and performing fiber optic link budget calculations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications engineering, with at least 5-10 years of experience in detailed engineering and design of telecommunications works for oil & gas projects. They will be familiar with relevant international codes, standards, and recommended practices, and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively when managing multiple tasks, and be self-motivated, results-oriented, and flexible to work well under tight schedules in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary team environment.

Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering with at least 5-10 years experience in detailed engineering and design of Telecommunications works for Oil & Gas projects.
  • Fully familiar with relevant international codes, standards, and recommended practices.
  • Competent to carry out the Design activity in the Design-Check-Approve-Authorize cycle, and to Check the technical deliverables of designers.
  • General knowledge of other related disciplines.
