We are seeking a highly skilled production professional to lead our team and drive business growth through operational excellence.

About the Role:

  • Oversee all production and maintenance activities to ensure efficient, high-quality, and compliant operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and meet production targets across diverse production units.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives like lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
  • Establish and oversee comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control systems to deliver consistent product quality and compliance.
  • Manage operational and maintenance budgets to optimize resource allocation and productivity.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for production and maintenance to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, food technology, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
  • 15+ years of experience managing diverse production units and maintenance functions, preferably in FMCG or food industries.
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing, quality management, and modern maintenance practices.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and international food safety and maintenance standards.
