Food and Beverage Team Lead

We are looking for a seasoned Food and Beverage professional to lead our team in achieving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving quality improvements, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • F&B Quality coordination - conducting quality sessions and training for all areas with all F&B colleagues, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Administrative support, including management of people-related paperwork, such as transfers, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Effective management of F&B visits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of outcomes and recommendations for improvement.
  • P&L reviews for all outlets, analyzing financial performance and identifying opportunities for growth and cost savings.
  • Compilation and administration of event post-mortems for all outlets, evaluating successes and challenges to inform future events.
  • Main coordinator for group bookings and outlet events, ensuring smooth planning and execution from start to finish.
  • Responsible for handling confidential information, including financial figures, salaries, manning details, and people-related paperwork.
  • Support the Executive Office by providing administrative assistance, responding to emails, and coordinating projects as needed.
  • Develop and manage projects related to reservations strategy, collaborating with colleagues to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on food and beverage industry trends, concepts, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the diary of the Director Food & Beverage, ensuring timely and effective communication and follow-up.
  • Prepare and present PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and other materials as required, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
  • Maintain attendance records, update vacation plans, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process expense reports, coordinate proposal submissions, plan meetings, and maintain departmental database records.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly and weekly F&B reports, analyses, and summaries, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, superiors, and clients, fostering strong relationships and resolving conflicts efficiently.
