The Food & Beverage Assistant Manager (Arabic) supports the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, lounges, room service, and events. This role plays a key part in ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining high service standards, managing team performance, and assisting Arabic-speaking guests effectively.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise and support day-to-day operations across all food and beverage outlets
• Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional service in line with brand standards
• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently maintained
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and development
• Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth coordination
• Monitor inventory, support cost control, and assist with stock ordering and management
• Participate in the planning and execution of events, banquets, and promotional activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
• Support in achieving departmental revenue and profit targets

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within F&B, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality operations
• Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management is preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
