Hotel Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

You will have overall responsibility for managing the hotel's front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including supervising staff, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be required to maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to the development of strategies to improve hotel performance.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of hotel operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial data and operational metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field; technical or hospitality training is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
