Job Summary: The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting various Human Resources functions, collaborating closely with the HR team to deliver professional HR-related services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serves as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Investigates and resolves employee relations issues, conflicts, and complaints as required.
    • Conducts exit interviews and analyzes feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Liaises with government bodies to facilitate work permit approvals, visa issuances, insurance arrangements, and other external requirements.
    • Manages the employee database and HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Performance Management:
    • Assists with performance appraisal processes, ensuring accurate assessments and goal setting.
    • Provides guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans, promoting individual growth and development.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identifies training needs and coordinates with the Learning and Development team to design effective training programs.
    • Assists in implementing training materials, ensuring seamless rollouts and maximum impact.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records, guaranteeing data integrity and compliance.
    • Prepares comprehensive HR reports and presentations, communicating key insights and recommendations.
    • Supports HR projects and initiatives, driving process improvements and policy enhancements.
    • Ensures adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations, minimizing risk and maintaining a positive employer brand.
Requirements:
  • University degree qualification in any discipline or Bachelor's in HR Management equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR/PRO roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
