Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR operations and strategic initiatives in the region. This role partners closely with business leaders and regional HR teams to deliver impactful HR solutions, ensure legal compliance, and drive employee engagement across various locations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a significant impact on our organization's success. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a solid understanding of labor laws and regulations in the region.

The successful candidate will serve as a key advisor on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and cultural alignment. They will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and collaborate with leaders on succession planning and organizational design.

In addition, the HR Business Partner will manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. They will also partner with global HR teams on compensation, mobility, talent management, and learning programs, and drive employee engagement initiatives to support a culture of inclusion and performance.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a business partnering role. Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or similar sectors is preferred, as well as fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the focal point for all product lines in the region, aligning HR support with operational priorities.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for the region, providing strategic guidance to management and employees.
  • Conduct regular meetings and visits to ensure visibility and employee connection.
  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, succession, and organizational design.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Partner with global HR teams on compensation, mobility, talent management, and learning programs.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a culture of inclusion and performance.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to influence decisions and optimize workforce strategies.
  • Support internal audits, investigations, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
