Restaurant Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Oman. The successful candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all aspects of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and performance evaluation.
  • Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of service and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to meet customer expectations.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in an Indian cuisine restaurant.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
