General Manager Assistant

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can assist the General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success.

The General Manager Assistant will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in various tasks, including:

  • Operational Management: Translating and executing strategies into operational excellence. Taking responsibility for the hotel when the General Manager is not present.
  • Quality Monitoring: Ensuring coordination and continuous focus on all Quality Monitoring tools/Key Performance Indicators (KPI), including LRA, LQE, and TrustYou.
  • Guest Relations: Maintaining high visibility and involvement with customers; greeting guests and being visible in public areas at peak times, lunch, and evening.

The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the development of the hotel's policies and procedures, and to provide input on new initiatives and projects.
