Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, floors, and hallways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Quality Assurance: Ensure that all guestroom standards regarding setup and cleanliness are consistently maintained at a high level, following hotel policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Allocate and coordinate teams in early and late shifts, ensuring smooth floor operations and impeccable guest rooms with attention to detail.
  • Inspect Guest Rooms: Regularly inspect guest rooms and suites to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Training and Development: Provide regular training to the team on housekeeping procedures, products, and techniques.
  • Lost and Found: Manage lost and found items, ensuring that they are returned to their rightful owners.
  • Other Tasks: Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by managers.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of experience in housekeeping, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
