We are seeking an exceptional Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at a world-class resort in Muscat, Oman.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to lead the housekeeping department and drive excellence in cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership, operational management, and staff development. They will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency across all aspects of housekeeping operations.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the housekeeping department to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategic housekeeping procedures and standards to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Maintain effective relationships with other departments, including Rooms Division, Technical Services, and Director of Rooms.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Jumeirah brand standards.
  • Prioritize continuous improvement and innovation in housekeeping practices and procedures.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
