The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and stock levels, and ensure seamless operations on floors and in guest rooms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring quality assurance meets MOHG standards
  • Coordinating team shifts and allocating tasks effectively
  • Inspecting guest rooms and suites for impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail
  • Providing regular training and development opportunities for team members
  • Managing storage areas, laundry services, and flower orders
  • Handling guest requests and complaints with professionalism and discretion
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and other departments
