Cloud Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced cloud specialist to join our team in a Red Hat OpenStack environment. This is an urgent requirement for a candidate with strong experience in G-Cloud and Red Hat OpenStack administration.

The successful candidate will have expertise in:

  • Cloud orchestration, cloud platforms, and middleware
  • Linux/UNIX & Windows Server System Administration
  • Virtualization & Storage Management (KVM, HPE 3PAR, IBM)
  • Zabbix, Red Hat Satellite, WSUS

The role involves:

  • Managing Red Hat OpenStack environments
  • Systems administration across MS Windows Server OS and UNIX/Linux
  • Knowledge of server hardware, RAID, clustering, virtualization
  • Managing KVM, IBM, and 3par Storage Systems
  • Disaster recovery, replication, and network security
  • Configuring and administering G-Cloud in Red Hat OpenStack
  • Managing VMs, storage zoning, and system patches
  • Performance tuning, capacity planning, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in G-Cloud and Red Hat OpenStack administration

  • Experience with Zabbix, Red Hat Satellite, and WSUS

  • Red Hat Certified Engineer

  • VMware VCP
  • EMC Storage Administrator
