This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a new challenge and contribute to the success of our organization. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets, building and maintaining relationships with contractors, suppliers, and decision-makers, and staying informed on product features and industry trends.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets in the construction materials market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and decision-makers.
  • Stay informed on product features and industry trends; present product solutions to clients.
  • Handle pricing and contract negotiations, closing deals that benefit both the company and clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking and research.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with timely issue resolution and after-sales support.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts; maintain CRM records.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and payment processes.
  • Ensure contracts comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on market trends.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in the construction materials sector is required.
