The Company is currently implementing various initiatives that are poised to deliver rapid growth in the coming years. To support these, the Company is strengthening its Finance team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and motivated finance professional to join our team. You will lead the Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Banking and MIS functions, across the different business units of the Company. This role provides you the opportunity to work with the Company's Management and Board

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team that is responsible for all aspects of Book-keeping, Accounting, Taxation, Banking and MIS function across all business units of the Company,

2. Proactively work with all internal and external stakeholders, Bankers, Lenders, Management, Board and other stakeholders.

3. Lead and Manage Statutory and Internal Audits and Budgeting processes

4. Manage day-to-day banking and where relevant, facilitate borrowings/investments

5. Ensure the timely, accurate and up-to-date MIS is provided

6. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements

7. Regulatory: Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry trends

8. Process Improvement: Review, evaluate and enhance processes/workflows for improved efficiency while also aligning to business and regulatory needs

Required Qualifications and Experience:

1) Should be a qualified CA or CPA (or equivalent)

2) Minimum of 7+ years of post-qualification work experience

3) Strong accounting principles, practices and regulatory knowledge

4) Lead and managed teams in the past

5) Worked in an IT environment including financial software, MS office and Productivity tools

6) Prior experience in Statutory and internal Audit finalisation

7) Prior work experience in GCC countries or India
