نبحث عن تنفيذي مبيعات وتسويق متحمس وموجه نحو تحقيق النتائج للانضمام إلى فريقنا. هذه الوظيفة متاحة حصرياً للمواطنين العمانيين كجزء من التزامنا بتنمية المواهب المحلية. المرشح المثالي سيكون شخصاً مبادراً وشغوفاً بالمبيعات والتسويق، وقادراً على دفع عجلة نمو الأعمال وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء.

ملخص الوظيفة

بصفتك تنفيذي مبيعات وتسويق، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات والتسويق لتحقيق أهداف الشركة. يشمل ذلك تحديد فرص عمل جديدة، وإدارة علاقات العملاء، وتنفيذ الحملات التسويقية لزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية وحصتها في السوق.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • تطوير وتنفيذ خطط المبيعات لتحقيق وتجاوز الأهداف المحددة.
  • تحديد العملاء الجدد واستقطابهم، وخاصة في القطاع الحكومي وقطاع الإنشاءات.
  • بناء وصيانة علاقات قوية وطويلة الأمد مع العملاء الحاليين والجدد.
  • إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة والبقاء على اطلاع بآخر التوجهات الصناعية.
  • تخطيط وتنفيذ الحملات التسويقية عبر مختلف المنصات (الرقمية، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، المطبوعات، إلخ).
  • إدارة حضور الشركة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وأنشطتها التسويقية عبر الإنترنت.
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير المبيعات والتسويق للإدارة.
  • تمثيل الشركة في الفعاليات الصناعية والمعارض والمؤتمرات.
  • التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان رضا العملاء واتساق العلامة التجارية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

  • الجنسية العمانية شرط إلزامي.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في دور مبيعات أو تسويق، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في السوق العماني.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والعلاقات الشخصية.
  • فهم قوي لمبادئ المبيعات وتقنيات التسويق.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج Microsoft Office Suite وبرامج إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
  • رخصة قيادة عمانية سارية المفعول تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is exclusively open to Omani nationals as part of our commitment to local talent development. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a passion for sales and marketing, capable of driving business growth and building strong customer relationships.

Job Summary

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals. This includes identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients, particularly within the government and construction sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, social media, print, etc.).
  • Manage the company's social media presence and online marketing activities.
  • Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and brand consistency.

Qualifications

  • Omani national
     is a mandatory requirement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the Omani market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Omani driver's license is a plus.
