Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet client needs, achieving sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts, monitoring account status, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and handling customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Tracking and reporting on Sales performance, Customer data, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and recommend strategies.

Preferred Skills

  • More than 5 Years GCC experience.
